This policy explains how QResto handles the personal data of café owners and staff who use the panel, and of the guests who use a café’s menu.
1. What we collect
- Your account: your mobile number, name and national ID.
- Invoice details: the license holder’s name and national ID (or a company’s), phone, address and postal code.
- Your café’s content: menus, prices, photos, branch details and settings.
- Orders and customers your branches record: guests’ names, phone numbers and what they ordered.
- Usage: anonymous daily counts of menu and page views (no personal data), and technical logs (IP address, browser, what was requested) kept for security for 30 days.
2. Why we use it
- To run the service: sign you in, show your menu, take orders, and keep your panel working.
- For contracts and invoices, in the license holder’s name.
- For security and fairness, such as stopping abuse and giving the free month only once per person.
- To answer your support requests and tell you about your plan.
- Where the law requires us to keep or disclose information.
4. Your guests’ data
For the orders and customer records a café collects, the café decides what is collected and why, and QResto processes it on the café’s behalf. Only that café’s staff, according to their roles, can see it. Guests who browse a menu without ordering give us no personal data.
5. How long we keep it
- Account and café data: while your account is active, and for a reasonable time after your plan ends so you can return.
- Invoices and payment records: as long as tax and accounting laws require.
- Security logs: 30 days.
7. Security
Connections are encrypted, sign-in uses one-time codes, and each staff member sees only what their role allows. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your mobile number and devices safe.
8. Your choices
You can see and correct your details in the panel, and ask support for a copy of your data or for it to be deleted, unless the law requires us to keep it.
9. Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we publish the new version here with its date, and ask brand managers to accept it on their next visit to the panel.
