These terms apply to everyone who uses the QResto panel to run a café or restaurant. By creating an account and accepting them during setup you agree to them, for yourself and for the license holder you name.
1. Who these terms are between
QResto (“we”) provides an online service for digital menus, ordering, and café and restaurant management. The license holder you name during setup (you, another person or a company, “you”) is our customer. The brand manager who accepts these terms confirms they may act for the license holder.
2. Your account
- Your account is tied to the mobile number you verify with a one-time code. Keep access to that number; anyone who can receive its codes can sign in.
- The details you give (names, national IDs, address, postal code) must be true and current.
- Brand and branch managers can add staff to their branches. You are responsible for what your staff do in the panel.
- Tell us at once if you lose your number or think someone else is using your account.
3. Plans, payment and renewal
- Plans are prepaid for 3, 6 or 12 months at the prices shown when you buy, in Toman. A seasonal promotion or a discount code lowers that price; codes can’t be combined with a promotion.
- The free month of Menu Plus can be used once per person (per mobile number and per national ID).
- Plans don’t renew by themselves. Near the end of a period the panel reminds you; after it ends the panel keeps working for a short grace period, then locks, and later the public menu goes offline. Your data is kept so you can pick up where you left off once you renew.
- Until online payment opens, an order is confirmed by our team after your bank transfer arrives. Your plan starts once it is confirmed.
- Invoices are issued in the name of the license holder you set during setup.
4. Refunds
If you’re not satisfied, contact support. Refund requests are reviewed case by case, and unused time of a paid period may be refunded in line with the law.
5. Your content
- Your menus, prices, photos, logos and texts stay yours. You give us the permission we need to store them and show them to your guests.
- You are responsible for your content being accurate (prices, allergens, availability) and lawful, and for having the rights to the photos and names you use.
- We may remove content that breaks the law or these terms, and we’ll tell you when we do.
6. Your customers’ data
Orders and the customer details your branches collect (names, phone numbers, order history) belong to you. We process them only to run the service for you, and you are responsible for collecting and using them lawfully. See the Privacy Policy for details.
7. Acceptable use
- Don’t use QResto for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful.
- Don’t try to break into, overload, copy or reverse engineer the service, or to reach other cafés’ data.
- Don’t resell access to QResto without our written agreement.
8. The service
We strive to keep Kiyoursto available at all times, but maintenance or service interruptions may occur. We may improve or modify our features; changes to the features included in a plan will take effect from your next renewal.
If a service outage occurs due to an issue on our end, we are obligated to extend your subscription by the number of days the service was unavailable. If you are not satisfied, we will refund the amount you paid. However, if the outage is caused by internet disruptions or similar issues beyond our control, Kiyoursto will not be held responsible.
Kiyoursto is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid during the three months preceding the claim.
9. Ending the service
You can stop using QResto at any time by not renewing. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, after warning you when that’s reasonable. After a plan ends we keep your data for a reasonable time so you can come back, unless you ask us to delete it.
10. Changes to these terms
When we change these terms we publish the new version here with its date, and ask brand managers to accept it on their next visit to the panel.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
